Hi There! I am Nicki, I am from Germany and 6 years ago I moved to the beautiful Netherlands. I live with my family close to Gouda! I speak 5 languages (EN, DE, NL, ES, PT) and love different cultures and traditions. I was born and raised in South Germany, in Stuttgart and do have brazilian roots, my Mother is from Rio de Janeiro.

I started my working career in the hospitality. I was working many years in Hotels, and learned a lot about events. Later on I became a Hotel Manager and was working also in wedding venues, there I collected a lot of experience in the wedding industry, with planning, executing and organising weddings. I had always an eye for the details, the organization behind the show and my strength was to keep all together. Accompany the nervous groom and have a holding hand for the beautiful bride to walk the stairs in her gorgous bridal gown, I always loved to do. After I moved to the Netherlands, I worked in a luxury Travel agency, which among other, also planned Honeymoons in Down Under. So left or right, the wedding industry never let me go and I was always inspired and captivated by it.

 

Really quickly I figured out, that I am really good in managing chaos and trouble situations. Is it busy and everything seems messy? Then I am in my best surrounding, I act fast, I am a leader, and able to take decisions which feel uncomfortable sometimes. If waiters are running around and are stressed from the workload? I grab a tray and help out! I calm down the team and prioritize what are the most important steps to get back on track with the timeline. I will ensure, that everything goes like planned, and if there are surprises or unexpected developements, I will make sure that it will be fine and quickly solved.
