In a first non - binding meeting we will get to know each other. Tell us your personal story and we will turn your dream into reality, incorporating all of your wishes and desires to create a uniqueness that your special day deserves.
With expertise and consideration we will set up a month by month plan, so that you can follow at any time the status and progress of your wedding planning. We will go through every detail together, to find the perfect location abroad for you and the best vendors. We will arrange acommodations, negotiate special rates for you and your guests and we will organize transfers, if you wish to pick up your guests from the airport.
I am available for questions during the entire planning process for you. Right away we will scout the best location for you, collect all data and put together a presentation, for you to choose. Same for the acommodation and vendors.
We will create a personal wedding concept for decoration & stationery and choose the Stylists you wish, to decorate the venue in your favorite theme. We will create a budget & timeline together and keep in a close touch. We can take over all communication with the vendors and structure the entire day plan.
Setting up the day plan and preparation of a schedule. Point of contact for guests, vendors and wedding couple during the entire day and beforehand. Of course we will acommpany you abroad and be present on-site. We will take over the coordination on the wedding day (Yes-Day). Setting up the wedding styling or support with set-up and decoration preparations on site.
It is important to me that you can trust me. That's why I work commission-free and offer you a fixed price for our full-service destination planning.
In this way, I guarantee that I always act in your best interests, especially when choosing suitable vendors - regardless of the size of your final budget.
You will receive the contract and the corresponding invoice directly from all vendors, often you can even benefit from an agency discount, which we pass on to you 100%.

*every wedding is unique and has different needs. After our first meeting, I will provide you with an tailor made offer, reflecting the hours I will need to let your dream come true. Flight and acommodation costs are not included in the price mentioned above.
