I'm Nicki and I am the owner of Planning by Nicki. I founded it in October 2022. Since that I am planning a lot of weddings and I am enjoying every day being surrounded by Love.
I planned my first wedding in 2015 and from that day on I knew that it made me incredibly happy to make others happy with my organisational skills, My attention to detail and my ability to create unforgettable moments.
I offer the Full Planning Service, the Wedding Day Coordination and the Partial planning. Because of my international roots I do speak 5 languages (DE, EN, NL, PT, ES) and love all cultural and traditional influences on weddings.

PERSONAL APPROACH
In a free non-binding meeting we will get to know each other first. Tell us your personal love story and we will turn your dream into reality, incorporating all of your wishes and desires to create a uniqueness that your special day deserves. The main focus will always be you, so everything we plan - we do hand in hand together with you.
TAILORED CONCEPT
Together we will set up a plan where we can help and where you would like to have support. We offer tailored concepts, which fit perfect to your needs, which are unique as you and your partner! You will receive an extensive offer, with an overview of all services and an estimated cost overview.
PLANNING & BOOKING
Now the real journey starts. We will start planning your unique event. Scouting Locations, putting together all the Data in a presentation, so that you just need to choose and have a good overview of the USP`s. Renting or purchasing the decorative items for the wedding styling (if booked) and collecting, reviewing and confirming the vendors which fit best to you and your requirments.
MEETINGS & CHECKLIST
In quick follow ups via Video calls or personal meetings, we update you about the planning progress and discuss questions or amendements. Like this you are always informed well and we keep a close communication. We will provide you with a extensive Checklist and a detailed Budget overview. There you can follow the planning status as well and you are always involved in the expenses.
THE DAY
We will acommpany the entire wedding day, so that you can let go worries and totaly rely on uss. We organize, manage and structure the wedding from start until the end. We coordinate all with the vendors and the location crew and we ensure everything goes like planned. We are the contact for guests, vendors and for you and we remain discretly in the background, so that you can fully enjoy this magical day with your beloved ones.
